Dowex series of ion exchange chromatography separation resins are divided into two categories: strong acid cation exchange resin and strong basic anion exchange resin. Each category is divided into three categories according to the different degree of crosslinking (DVB%). Each category is represented by "× 2", "× 4" and "× 8". On this basis, three particle size ranges are provided, namely 150-300 μ m (50-100 mesh) and 75-150 μ m (100 mesh) -200 mesh) and 35-75 μ m (200-400 mesh), a total of 18 resin brands. Obviously, the resin with different crosslinking degrees has different water content, volume exchange capacity and material diffusion resistance. Such a wide range of products enriches the trial selection of customers, and suitable chromatographic separation resin can be selected for specific application.
